Today Violet competed in her second dance competition. Her first was back near the end of March ( POD: First Dance Competition). Today they didn’t s ore as high, but I was there to watch and cheer her on.

POD: Enjoying the Sun
This afternoon I found Banoonoo rolling around the sidewalk enjoying the sunshine. So I took a little video and grabbed a few shots for my POD.

It’s Tuesday, so that means we’re up before 6am and off to S.P.E.E.D. Hockey at CanLan.
POD: Bamboo Cutlery
Last week at the ball hockey event connected to the Women’s World Cup of Hockey Violet got a swag bag and in the bag was a foam puck some crayons and a set of bamboo Cutlery complete with straw. I have to say this is one of the nicest sets of reusable cutlery I’ve seen.
POD: Gold Medal Game
Today was a busy day, it was Scotia Bank Girls hockey day at the Ford Performance Centre, the second week of ball hockey and the Women’s Hockey World Championships Gold medal game, and we had tickets.
POD: Watching Provincials
Today we have a picture I captured at the Ontario Women’s Hockey Provincials Tournament. Violet’s team didn’t make it but one of her best friends team did so we headed to the rink to watch the game. I love that Violet sat in the front watching the game.

POD: City Ice Hockey Champions
Today Violet’s school hockey team competed for the City Championship. She’s wanted to play for her school team for years, but with the pandemic, this is the first year she’s been able to play. They had 2 tournaments where they went 2-2 and 3-0-1 leading to today’s final. They won 2-1 to take the championship.
POD: Hockey Drills
As the Hockey Season wines down, it means it’s time for lots of skates. I captured today’s picture of the day at tonight’s skate.
