Another month slips by and so here is another picture of me. September is going to be a big month with Jacob starting school. So stay tuned.

Today the family headed over to Melissa’s dads to see her Grandparents who are in town visiting. It’s the first time they have met our kids. A nice visit was had by all, though Violet seemed more interested in Grandpa’s new cat then anything else.

I returned home today and was presented with the building pictured. It seems that Violet and Jacob had spent some time today building together at the little table. It seemed like a good thing for my picture of the day.

Today while Violet napped Jacob played outside, he had wanted to take his big boy bike out for a spin but its back tire is flat. So here we see Jacob and one of his friends trying to fix it. I’m hoping to pick up a patch kit this week so that I can have …
